We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager. If you are passionate about driving growth through people and process improvement, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation, review, and updating of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring smooth processes in employee management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Manage and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Lead and implement organizational development strategies to improve employee performance.
Develop and execute employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve engagement.
Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Build the company culture and set up a cultural communication bridge in the company.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes in alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure all HR documentation, including contracts and job descriptions, is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
8+ years of experience in HR.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Proven experience in developing HR manuals.
Ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Strong English communication skills.
Outgoing, with artistic talents, possessing cross-cultural management experience, skilled at organizing cross-cultural activities, and committed to promoting cultural integration between China and Pakistan.
