As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and resolving inquiries related to our products and services. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about PakVapors' products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all PakVapors customers.
Call Center Operations:
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality service.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed PakVapors product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Urdu and English).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
- Must be female.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Knowledge of vape products is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly and professional telephone etiquette.
