Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and campaign management, along with skills in design, video editing, and caption creation. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on driving conversions through strategic social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and improve search engine rankings
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic to our platforms
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including TikTok and WhatsApp
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Design, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to promote Zarai Mandi’s services and enhance brand visibility
Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROI, engagement rates, and conversion rates
Utilize design skills to create compelling visual content, including graphics and videos
Use video editing tools to produce engaging multimedia content that aligns with our brand and messaging
Write engaging and persuasive captions that capture audience interest and drive interaction
Ensure captions are optimized for each platform and aligned with overall marketing strategies
Maintain a well-organized content calendar and ensure timely execution of social media posts
Develop strategies to increase conversions from social media interactions, including lead generation and sales
Continuously assess and refine tactics to enhance conversion rates and achieve business goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging captions.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with TikTok and WhatsApp for business is a plus.
