We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand our client base, and promote PFM’s hard and soft facility management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate network, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development within the facility management or outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients for hard and soft facility management services.
Identify potential business opportunities, conduct market research, and establish relationships with corporate decision-makers.
Lead sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Promote hard services (mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and technical support) and soft services (janitorial, horticulture, waste management, and tea boy services).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Represent PFM at industry events, networking meetings, and trade shows.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the facility management sector.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or corporate client management (preferably in facility management, outsourcing, or related industries).
Strong corporate network with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive business growth.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
