Pakistan Facilities Management (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently hiring two (2) Office Assistants for deployment at one of our valued client offices, PPMC, located at WAPDA House, Lahore. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Maintain office records and documents in an organized manner.
Handle correspondence, mail distribution, and routine documentation.
Assist in meeting scheduling and daily coordination tasks.
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and professional attitude.
