We are seeking skilled and analytical System Analysts to join our team at PRAL headquarters in Islamabad. The successful candidates will work on PRAL-managed commercial projects, ensuring that our software solutions meet the business requirements and service levels specified by our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that service levels specified by the customer are met.
- Coordinate and communicate with the customer to organize brainstorming sessions for eliciting, understanding, and listing high-level functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Produce Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) documents by translating business requirements into technical documents through process models, flow diagrams, and charts.
- Collaborate with development, database, and QC teams to produce Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents, translating business requirements into detailed technical design, architecture, use cases, database design, screens, and external interfaces.
- Perform impact analysis of change requests and bug fixes, updating BRS and SRS documents accordingly.
- Prepare and update documentation of software applications.
- Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager (Operations).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Applicants with PMI-PBA or CBAP certifications are preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business, technical requirements analysis, and databases.
- Proficiency in creating process models, flow diagrams, and charts.
- Experience in writing technical documents, including BRS and SRS.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to perform impact analysis and update documentation accordingly.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
