Production Engineer

We are seeking a Production Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, maintaining equipment, and implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize costs.
Quality Control: Ensure production processes adhere to established quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line to minimize delays and maintain smooth operations.
Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, and logistics, to ensure efficient production flows.
Training & Support: Train production staff on new processes, machinery, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Certifications (preferred): Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or similar certifications (not required but a plus).
Personal Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
