Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end export operations, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and customer requirements.
- Manage LC (Letter of Credit) documentation, bank contracts, and payment terms with clients.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery schedules and potential delays.
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Negotiate freight rates, shipping terms, and contracts with carriers and logistics partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and expand business in international markets.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions, costs, and inventory levels.
