You're someone who is passionate about growing profitable relationships with clients. Within this role you will use your skills and experience to build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, and be visible in the existing market.
What you'll be doing:
- Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with all clients to deliver strategy and increase opportunities for the business.
- Prepare, design, implement, and review set development plans.
- Able to manage team and monitor their performance on regular basis.
- Be responsible for recruitment and team building.
- Responsible for running day to day business activities.
- Plan, forecast and set the operational to achieve the strategic development plan.
- Review progress of initiatives against plan and take remedial action as appropriate.
- Prospect potential new opportunities and markets. Identify new deals, assess feasibility and project manage the implementation of new deals (including leading contract negotiations.)
- Effectively promote and deploy PARAMOUNT BPO's strategy, product range, propositions and key differentiators to leverage commercial opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of three years of management experience is required.
- Must have fluent English speaking and writing skill.
- Degree-level education or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Established networking and relationship-building skills.

- Monthly salary from Rs.100,000+ dependent on experience
- Annual company & performance-based bonus
