Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and functionality of The Company’s database
  2. Monitor relationships with existing customers through the CRM system.
  3. Develop and implement Client Engagement techniques that will retain existing customers.
  4. Responsible for the generation & execution of Sales & Purchase agreements from all parties
  5. Responsible for handing over SPA to the customer and Document Control Department
  6. Responsible for scanning all the SPAs to maintain records.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technical problems and resolve them.
  8. Assist in the Collection of Installment payments
  9. Creating memos for approval of management on customer requests
  10. Reconciliation of payments with the Finance Department
  11. Responsible for addressing client queries.
  12. Create different policies and procedures for Company processes.
