You will report to the Senior HR Manager and will be responsible for the recruitment of commissioned salespeople/agents as well as the recruitment of staff employees regularly. The HR Coordinator role will require you to actively pursue the recruitment, contract negotiations, preparing of contracts, sign-up of these individuals, onboarding, and initial training to incorporate them into our corporate framework and culture.
