We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Customer Code of Conduct (CoC) compliance, labor law, and social audits. The ideal candidate will ensure our HR practices align with both local legal standards and international buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with buyer/customer Code of Conduct (BSCI,SA-8000, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.)
Prepare for and coordinate external social compliance audits
Implement HR policies that align with CoC requirements (working hours, wages, health & safety, no child labor, etc.)
Train and sensitize staff on CoC, ethical practices, and grievance handling
Maintain documentation and records required for compliance and audits
Liaise with compliance teams of international buyers
Monitor HR and factory practices to ensure continuous adherence to CoC
Handle worker engagement, welfare programs, and resolve grievances

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of HR experience in the textile/garment/apparel industry
Hands-on experience in facing and passing customer audits
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Strong communication and documentation skills
Fluent in English and local language

Preferred:

Familiarity with BSCI, SEDEX, SA8000, or similar frameworks
Experience working with export-oriented textile or garment factories
