• Prepare Contract Agreements of Sub-Contractor/Suppliers for Civil & MEP Works after finalized by Management.

• IPC Preparation for 5 Block of Buildings (Package A3) including managing its supporting data like as Check Requests, Test Reports of Materials & highlighted drawings.
• Correspondence with Client & Consultant as instructed by Manager Contracts & Project Manager.
• Cost Proposals for Non- BOQ Items.
• Rate Analysis of Civil Works for Bidding/Tendering Purpose.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Month Progress Charts by using MS Excel.
• Also, Participate in Bidding/ Tendering and Financial Proposal with the Proposal Department.
