Proposal & detailed Dwgs approval from client.
To assist procurement department regarding there techcnical queries, by visiting different vendors and negtioting with them in order to resolve procurement items issues.
Inspection of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical parts regarding there technical specifications.
Submittals to client & follow up it till approval.
To prepare all the documents required for cost claims, delay damges extension of time, varied work items variation orders, etc & get approval from client.
Monitering of project from head office regarding it progress both financially & physically, and timely intimate the stakeholders that either the project is within the stipulated time and allocated budget or not.
