4. Well versed and experienced on Blown film multilayer extrusion lines (Reifenhauser), Flexo Printing lines
(UTECO, MiraFlex W&H), Lamination machines (Nordmechanica), Slitting (Bimec, Titan, Laem), Self Adhesive
Stickers Printing (Markandy, Omet, Gallus).
5. To manage the production of various film & packaging products Beverage Shrink, Shrink hoods, Lamination films
3 layers (PET, BOPP, CPP, PE films, Aluminum), Wrap around labels, Self Adhesive labels, Stand up pouches,
Printed films for Cookies, Coffee, milk powder, beverages pepsi & Coca Cola etc.
6. Also responsible for flexible packaging polymer materials (PE, BOPP, CPP, PET trans & metallized, Aluminum)
blends formulations for mono and multi layer Films.
7. To be actively involved in dealing with production team and to actively involve with product design and
purchasing in coordination with Planners, Controllers, Production Supervisors and Quality Assurance personnel.
8. Plan ahead for future contracts, overseeing the ordering of raw materials, storage and upgrading equipment
overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule to ensure timely production of good-quality
products.
9. Manage the operation of production processes and to ensure that goods & services are produced on time, and
up to the satisfaction of the customer, with right cost, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules
as needed. Allocate the resources of the plant and of staff in the most effective proportions to meet targets.

5. To manage the production of various film & packaging products Beverage Shrink, Shrink hoods, Agriculture &
construction films, Food packaging, Bread bags, Chicken & poultry bags, Boutique bags, T-shirt bags, Garbage bags,
Insulation films, FFS Resin film rolls etc.
6. Also responsible for flexible packaging polymer materials (HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, mLLDPE blends formulations
for mono and multi layer blown. To be responsible for enhanced polymer materials introduction and improvements in
the existing blends formulations both quality and cost effective.
7. To be actively involved in dealing with production team and to actively involve with product design and

1. To be responsible for flexible packaging blown film polymer materials (HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, mLLDPE etc.) blends
formulations for mono and multi layer lines. Applications are Carrier & Shopping bags, Garment bags, shrink and
stretch films, nylon barrier films, vacuum pouches, food packaging etc.
2. To be responsible for new enhanced and powerful polymer materials introduction and improvements in the existing
blends formulations both quality and cost effective.
3. To be responsible for evaluating the new blend and formulation by blown film simulation technique first to check its
feasibility both quality and cost effective before going for trial runs on blown film lines.
4. To be responsible for checking and evaluating the lab tests on trial runs samples and making the report to present
to the operations director and G.M of the factory or plant for further persual.
5. To be responsible for new product / application development related polymer materials and blend formulations
evaluation and implementation like Vacuum nylon pouches, carrier bags, shrink films, stretch films, Agriculture films,
heavy duty sacks, food packaging etc.

To assist / educate the Sales team & the Customers whenever needed regarding SABIC grades and to maintain the data base of complete Grades List of SABIC Polymers and updates when it is needed i.e.
PE (HD, LLD, LD film, injection blow etc), PP (Homo, Random & Impact Co), PVC (Emulsion & Suspension).
2) To maintain the data base of a comprehensive Polymer Processing applications (including process, processing
conditions, uses) & keep in touch with the new updates in it.
3) To provide the complete technical support / assistance to the Customers nationwide regarding the selection
of suitable SABIC grades matching their application. Also to guide the customers how to use the selected grade by
giving them proper guideline of the processing conditions adjustments in the machineries by comprehensive &
effective technical communications at the face to face meetings with them or telephonically. To make all
technical related reports and assist in Sales team reports as well when needed.
4) To apply simulation on various blends of HDPE with LLDPE, LLDPE with LDPE, LLDPE with HDPE & LDPE, in
mono layer or multilayer film extrusions to guide the customer by indicating what can happen in their production site
in extruders and what can be the end product film properties. Also apply simulation to give him a complete idea of
Ideal BUR-Bubble up ratio setup, rolls weight, rolls volume, time to make one roll, Rolls Cost and the desired output
for running the specific applications. Also apply simulation to brief the Customer how he may be able to reduce the
costs and enhancing the film quality even by using expensive resins with the use of down gauging potentials and
optimum range to down gauge.
5) To get updated with all the competitors of SABIC complete study of their grades & make technical comparisons of
the grades to find which grade is better for the specific application & promote SABIC new grades for different
applications and feed the customers accordingly. Al
