Assist Manager HR in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Administer the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) contributions and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations.
Manage and process leave encashment and traveling allowance requests ensuring adherence to organizational policies
Placing HR Requisitions to the Procurement and Admin Department & keeping track of HR-relevant stock.
Assist Manager HR in arranging training sessions for staff as required.
Assist in coordinating the Internship Programme when required.
Facilitate employees during the exit process, ensuring a smooth and structured offboarding, including exit interviews and final settlements.
