• Responsible in handling all local and import materials’ purchase orders and keeping track of the appropriate documentations that will be submitted to finance department for all goods received.
• Update the monthly record of all stock inventory and system stock posting.
• Generate all the monthly consumptions, purchased materials and savings reports
for the purpose of monitoring the monthly expenses of the company and materials auditing.
• Ensure all the materials received were properly updated in the system and material issues were

• Conduct quarter inventory of the materials to determine which the fast, slow and non-moving items are.
• Responsible for organizing materials arrangement in the warehouse rack for easy access and quickly locating the materials for issuance purposes.
