Ms. Irum Naz is working in the field of the development sector and private sector from previous over 10 years. She has been working with different reputable organizations in Pakistan and implemented different projects in his professional carrier of different donors. She has earned a good name in working in development sector and sound in educational qualifications and computer skills, dedicated to Health and Nutrition including coordination with IP for health and nutrition, IYCF training in district along with planning and supervision of the BCC interventions. She has got different trainings and she has very good skill of different sectors like Social Mobilization, Community development, institutional Development , Monitoring, reporting, Implementation, Surveys Practical field based experience and knowledge. She possess the experience of community development planning and its implementation. Able to coordinate at different levels with NGOs, Government and other implementing partners. She has ability to lead the team with leadership skills.
Apply and adhere to guiding principles of working with survivors and children at risk, including respect, dignity, security, and confidentiality at all times. * Responsible for making ‘Best Interest Principle’ the center of all interventions. * Ensure mapping of service providers including government departments and civil society organizations to support CPO in establishing district-based Referral Mechanism. * Using a client centered approach, work together with survivors or children at risk to establish action plans based on the needs identified and ensure adequate safety plans exist for the clients. * Accompany the child and the family to the other services if necessary and/or is important. * Ensure appropriate case management for children including survivors or children at risk. * Ensure proper use of referral pathways in the field and assist the children and their families to access legal, educational, health, vocational and other services. * Regularly liaise with the CPO for support and case conferencing together with the Child Protection Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement program strategies and work plans to ensure the successful implementation of cash distribution initiatives targeting vulnerable women.
2. Coordinate GBV case management activities, including survivor support services, community sensitization, and referral mechanisms.
3. Provide technical guidance and supervision to WASH components, including water supply, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion activities.
4..Conduct regular assessments, monitoring, and evaluation of program activities to track progress, identify challenges, and recommend corrective actions.
5. Build and maintain effective partnerships with relevant government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance program coordination and sustainability.
6. Prepare timely and accurate program reports, documentation, and communications materials for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with donor requirements, project timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Provide capacity building support to project staff, partners, and community members on relevant programmatic areas.

Job Description
Supervise, monitor and guide the field teams on Nutrition, Health, BCC, IYCF activities.
Develop the SBCC and community awareness sessions and activities as per context and implement the strategy in community.

Coordinate with district authorities for finalization of the health facilities for strengthening and rehabilitation.
Review the progress of the project together with project manager and partners on regular basis.
To prepare briefings on progress with consultation of government bodies at district level.

Develop picture gallery of project activities and share to communication department.

To organize the training events for field staff
Take lead for planning and implementation of the capacity building events for the Community Health Workers as per training manual.
On job coaching of project staff and community health workers
Maintain close liaison with PPHI and Department of Health to carter the clients that are referred by CHWs to the facilities managed by PPHI and Department of Health.
Management, planning, designing, implementation, monitoring, quality assurance and compliance with the protocols of nutrition interventions.
Provide support to District Project Officer for preparation of weekly, monthly and annual work plans and also generate reports accordingly.
