•          Managing the key accounts of LCI Soda Ash & OGDCL, analyzing and responding to their RFQs/tenders received via emails/portals in a timely and accurate manner.
•          Ensure customer satisfaction by providing on-time quotations, offering appropriate discounts when applicable, and coordinating timely shipment deliveries.
•          Proactively follow up with customers regarding new RFQs, sent quotations, clarifications, material deliveries and overall feedback to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of inquiries and orders.
•          Develop potential customers in Pakistan & Middle East region to expand client base & drive business growth.
•          Plan and arrange quarterly visits to buyers/end users for better understanding of their working requirements.

•          Lead a team of 4 supervisors & 28 inspectors for the quality of chest cooler, refrigerator & water heater (geyser) based on provided quality parameters and drawings.
•          Manage the complete documentation of quality reports, standards & SOPs of chest cooler, refrigerator & water heater.
•          Responsible to conduct the Quality Assurance & Validation (QAV) visits of ISO, PSQCA and CCI.
•          Analyze the market complaints; collaborate with concerned departments for root cause analysis & implement preventive measures.
•          Ensure corrective and preventive measures are taken to rectify and avoid any possible shortcomings.
•          Lead the improvement project of replacing product performance travelogue with an android application to trace the faults occurred during the production with complete details with zero paper consumption.
•          Monitoring the 5S activities & quality audits on the production floor.

•          Responsible for the quality of refrigerator and washing machine parts in Injection Molding and Sheet Metal sections based on provided quality parameters and part drawings.
•          Managed a team of 5 quality control inspectors and evaluated their performance on weekly basis.
•          Prepare a Quality Inspection Sheet (QIS) based on ISO quality standards.
•          Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools.
•          Liaison with R&D department for improvements in product and process quality.
•          Identify loopholes in previous quality reports/sheets and rectify them according to the part drawings. Also, maintain and update record of all groups of drawings.
•          Coordinate with the Production department to ensure continuous production even during a quality defect.
•          Cross-check the amount of material used and wasted during the production process.

• Leading a team of 5 to ensure the quality of parts/products in Assembly & Packing, Injection Molding, and Sheet Metal sections based on provided quality control outlines. Also, supervising the inspection of incoming raw materials.
•. Design & implement Quality Management System (QMS) & Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) parameters for smooth functioning of the production process.
• Review any complaint(s) from the customer and provide a satisfactory response.
• Recommend improvements in the production line based on non-conformances. Also, coordinate with maintenance & mold departments for the steady working of machines & molds.
• Draft and present detailed weekly quality reports to the general manager. Also, conduct a quarterly audit of the Store.
• Identified and implemented new QC procedure by designing different fixtures which cut the inspection time of semi-finished products of Fabrication & Cutting section.
