Produce cash flow, Submittal log, Procurement log. Prepare price comparison statements for project items. Finalize the vendor for specific material upon technical compliance, budget meeting. follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the Electrical services.
Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, design and
existing local authority standard like Lesco. Material coordination and close interaction with
Contractors for preparation of material submittal for approvals, preparation of working
drawings and as built drawings. Following design check, procurement, planning, and execution

Providing services at packages mall project to follow up and ensure the Electrical work & quantity surveyor for mep work carried out is as per approved shop drawing. Verification of IPCs for HVAC, Fire extraction, Smoke suppression, Plumbing, Electrification and Sub-Station installation work. Accurate Quantity take off for electrical services as per contract and site requirement. To follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the Electrical services. Liaise with local authorities for the approval of Electrical services drawings and service connection. Material coordination and close interaction with Consultants for preparation of material submittal for approvals, preparation of working drawings and as built drawings.
