Having on this Post I have been involved in Fuel Retail Development of new sites from Feasibilities to Commission of Sites.
i,e Initiate for Topographic Survey to Project expected Sale volumes , Surrounded Competitors , Exact GPS Coordinates and Location of Site ,Traffic Flow and Type of Vehicle to be reflected in Feasibilities .
Initiate for Statutory NOC from DC office , Department of Explosives ETC after approval of site by Management.
To initiate for Lay out Plan Development by AutoCAD Operator .
To Look after Construction activities as per approved Drawing and Specs keeping in view HSSE rules & regulations of Site by random visits.
Finally apply for Explosive License by submitting Completion Certificate and initiate for Opening Code of Site.

During this Post I have been involved in New Projects and Operation activities as below.
Look after Designing phase of Bulk Oil Storage Terminal by having close liaison with Consultant.
Look after Construction Phase of Bulk Oil Storage Terminal keeping in view HSSE requirements.
Verify Invoice Bills of Contractor Etc..
Initiate for NOC approvals from Department of OGRA , Ministry of Defense , National Highway , Department of Explosive Etc.
Monitor Final Commission of Facility.
Initiate for ISO Certification and Surveillance.

Look after and supervise complete Construction activities of Shell Fuel Retail Stations.
Site supervision for Construction Activities of Admin building, Forecourt Area, Canopy Foundation and Structure (Fabrication & Erection), Generator Room, DB Room associated Electrical Works, Underground Fuel Tanks and Select Shop Etc.
Manage all HSSE maters of Daily Construction activities in line with SPL’s policy.
Maintain & retain the “Master File” of the Retail Fuel Stations.
