Since November 2017, I am working with EPI ( Expanded Program on Immunization) as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. I have directly served the district Jhal Magsi initially, then assigned Quetta, and currently serving district Kalat.
I am the topper of Mid Level Management Training( MLM ) among 42 M&E officers of Balochistan in 2019-20.
I have been awarded the presidential awards for COVID-19 Vaccination by the President of Pakistan (Honorable Arif Alwi ) in 2021. District Kalat topped more than 1000 districts of the country for being the highest vaccinated district for Covid-19 in Pakistan.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer EPI Jhalmagsi, Quetta and Kalat
JHALMAGSI......I have served district JhalMagsi for more than fourteen months and all the red indicators were converted to green. MIS & VLMIS were configured. Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs) were achieved successfully. All the analog Microplans and Reports were digitized for the several past years. Developed a quality social map for the district. Training of vaccinators on EPI tools. Monitoring & Supervision of all the EPI static Sites. Involving LHWs in routine immunisation. Conducting a successful Measles Campaign in the District. Launching Rota vaccine in the district.
QUETTA..... Quetta was the most poor performing district in the province. MIS was configured. Entered Proper population targets. Joint venture with different stakeholders. Initiated EPI-PEI Synergy program. Divided Quetta into five practical zones for proper Monitoring and Supervision. Conducted a successful MNTe (Maternal Neonatal Tetanus elimination) campaign.
KALAT....... Functionality of non functional EPI sites. Successful intervention on Covid-19 and achievement of the top district of the country for mostly vaccinated & registered population. Achievement of presidential awards on being the Top most district of Pakistan.
