Compensation & Benefits:
·          Exercised hands-on approach to administer annual payroll of more than Rs. 10 billion, also performed salary surveys and provide statistical analysis to top management about company standing against the outcomes.
·          Rendered a keen eye for details to process benefits of more than 3,000 company employees in a timely manner.
Employee Relations:
·          Guided staff on company policies and laws as per business requirements, updated all records of employees at the Plant site, conducted exit interviews on time of employee separation, and provided feedback to Divisional Head.
·          Partnered with labor courts & all other courts as well as with government agencies like EOBI, Social Security, and Apprenticeship Directorate, also ensured performance management of employees using Bell Curve.
Labour Laws:
·          Ensured compliance with +40 different types of labor laws at the plant site. The audits by external agencies like Social Security and Employee Old Age Benefit Institute (EOBI) resulted in appreciating our efforts at plant sites.
·          Strategically positioned to negotiate an agreement with a collective bargaining agent saving Rs. 3 million per hour.
·          Led process of holding a referendum, for the nomination of Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) & Finalize Collective Bargaining Agreements through CBA, ensured Contract Management of Services & Manpower Contractors.
Learning & Development:
·          Defined policies on handling grievance and misconduct at the corporate level; coached and trained management about the rights of Apprentices as per law, as well as created Job Description for HR department.
·          Leveraged a keen insight to assess the Training needs of Staff employees and developed Training Calendars.
Leadership:
·          Directed a team for automation of car loan application and clearance on separation tasks. Team comprised members from IT and Finance departments. Both the projects were completed in 6 months.
·         Projects were made go-live in 2018 which reduced period for both projects from 40-50 days to 7 days only.
·          Led a team of three employees for the automation of attendance and leave system of all workers at plant site.
·         It was implemented in Sep 2011 after rigorous testing and defining the protocols.
·          Engaged all the top leadership of company and vendor about the insurance practise of contractor workers. A little tweak in the practice helped us save Rs. 7 million on yearly basis besides giving workers a comprehensive insurance.
SAP HCM:
·          Served as a resource in all efforts to maintain and update record on system using PA-20 & PA-30 in SAP-HCM module.
·          Performed duties as a technical overlay to report generation in ad-hoc queries and BI module, as well as process employee leaves and travels in Fiori app.
