Receiving, sorting and tracking incoming and outgoing payments.
Updating credit notes, vendor credits, sales receipts and bank deposits.
Processes purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
Reconcile company's financial records to help ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Post financial transactions to accounts and prepare financial statements.
Prepare Balance Sheet and Income Statement using Quickbooks and Xero.

Working on Stripe, Paypal, Shopify, Braintree, Etsy and Amazon payment gateway's integration with QBO & Xero and bifurcating their feeds to their particular accounts and resolve discrepanices.
Updating & Reconciling Trust Accounts using Clio and Nota.
Dext & QBO/Xero Integration.
Prepare payroll taxes (941, 941x, 944, 940, 941 sch. B) for clients on quarterly and annually basis.
