·        Coordinate with the supply chain for material requirement and hire subcontractor for job submission as per the site/job activities like scaffolding,insulation,painting,PWHT,NDT,engineering design,fabrications,machining etc.
 ·        Raise RFQ and Verifying the material rates and specifications from the sub-contractors, as well as the suppliers.
        Float and handle pre‐bid & post bid clarifications.        Prepare and analyze proposal in light of bill of quantities, scope of work, construction schedule provided by client.·        Preparation of commercial proposal consist on Term & conditions, taxes….etc.         Preparation of Technical proposal consists on Project Schedule, Project Deployments, Organization Chart, HSE Plan and policy, QA/QC Plans, Temporary site facility sketch. ·        Estimation of tenders for minor / major shutdown activities for any kind of modification and replacement.  Command on estimating the fabrication jobs such as pressure vessels, tanks, plant piping steel structure. 
· Estimation of ASME coded (U, R) Stamp/APL jobs.         Coordination with Civil and E&I department.
