Job Responsibilities:
Manage entire online warehouse operations, from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and inventory management for order fulfillment.
Managing stock receiving, shelving, QC and packing and dispatch operations.
Daily monitoring of the order process to ensure that all orders are executed correctly and handed over to courier in a timely manner.
Responsible for online warehouse team building, day-to-day management, staff training and discipline, and labour coordination.
Maintain daily communication with the courier for shipping coordination, giving cut off time for order pick up.
Arranging an efficient inventory stacking for all couriers (Swyft, Leopards, Call Courier, Trax) to receive orders on time.
Assist in working with customer service team and close the issues immediately on pending orders or any urgent issues highlighted.
Timely receipt of all return orders from courier and punch return to the system on time.
Outfitters is a versatile Fashion Company, which has both manufacturing (Loftex and Times Clothing) and retail (Outfitters and Ethnic) functions and it keeps increasing number of stores, it has more than 5000 employees strength in both concerns. Below is the list of operations that I am controlling.Job Responsibilities:
Receiving and Dispatching stock as per plans.
Email to Shop Manager to close the transfer order with in 3 days.
Operation workload planning and arranging resources as and when needed.
Monthly stock count of all sections in warehouse operations.
Removing outdated, expired and damaged stock, and after approval scrapping out.
Close coordination with internal and external department e.g. marketing, admin and HR campaign/New branch stock movement, vendor coordination for stock movements both virtually and W/H ops.
To receive damaged stock return from stores and handover to Qc for further process.
To Pepare a QC report on weeky basis for decision of Rejected / A Class articles.
To receive the call back stock from stores and make master data at store level.
To extract the on hand list from D-365 and share with warehouse team on a weekly basis.
Issuing samples to marketing on a daily basis and make a returnable record and reminding to concerns about the return of samples to warehouse.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the HOD
Job Responsibilities:
Petty cash handling plus petty cash voucher entry in SAP.
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Update internal systems with financial data.
Maintain cash book of every month.
Review Clint's account and plans regularly.
Supporting the Accounts & Finance Department by completing routine clerical & accounting tasks.
