• Project Director / Resident Manager:- • As Project Director in ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility, had responsibilities asunder: (March 2011 – June 2015).( More than Rs 6000 Million Project )  Led & directed the Master Start Up of the Refinery.  Supervised & coordinated Master Start Up of the Refinery.  Planned and monitored Project’s budget so that it was under allocations.  Monitored and Managed all Operation’s, Electrical, Mechanical, HSE, Civil, Instrument / Controls, Security, Admin / HR and I.T Deptts.  Coordinated and Supervised all a/m Deptt Heads in their Planning and Execution.  General security and administration of the Facility. • SECURITY  Security Planning, Coordination & Execution of all security matters of Two Facilities (ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility), Strategic Assets of National Importance from 2011-2015 having security staff of more than 650 Troops.  Security Planning, Coordination & Execution of all security plans for VVIPs visiting the Facilities including National & Foreign dignitaries.  Conceived, Planned & Executed complete security for both the Facilities including CCTV arrangements, barbed wire fencing & other equipment. ( Active & Passive both) • ADMINISTRATION  Handled more than 3000 labors. (Industrial Relations Deptt ) 2011-2015.  Made & supervised staff messes at two Facilities (ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility) having approx 700 staff.  Managed, Supervised & Coordinated staff transport fleet of 100 vehicles & 50 drivers.  Conceived, Supervised & Coordinated Medical facilities for all 700 staff.  Managed, Supervised & Coordinated all activities of Admin Deptt.  Conceived, Supervised & Coordinated all Horticulture projects.  Purchase of all Admin related materials including Ambulances & Fire Tenders.  Ensured that administrative efficiency, proper procedures were adopted, policies were implemented & thus morale of the employees were raised.
