I am Adeeba Ghazal having aviation maintenance experience of twelve (12) years , currently working in Serene Air as Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for Airbus A330, having experience of working in second national carrier airline of my Country Shaheen Air International as certifying Aircraft Maintenance Engineer B1 for A320 family aircrafts.
I have type certification of Airbus A330-200/A330-300, A318/A319/A320/A321 series fitted with CFM56 amp V2527/V2524. In a field full of males I have achieved what I wanted in reasonably quick time because of my perseverance and hard work. I have inspired all my fellow colleagues to go for their dreams and turn these into reality. I am a problem solver, goal oriented and self-motivated person.
I have turned many unfavorable situations into my favor with positive attitude, mindset, skill set, team work, and communications skills. I have motivated people and have always supported to attain group tasks. I am a team player who has got leadership qualities and able to face challenging and tough situations. I am expert in multitasking with keen concentration. It is due to my determination and dedication that I have gained trust and confidence of my organization and I have been, sent for outstation AOGs situations as a team lead multiple times, nominated an Engine team lead for Check C, a team lead for first engine change of A320/A330, A330 THS actuator change etc. I am first female aircraft maintenance engineer having Wide-body aircraft A330 endorsement on my license under Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority. I have total 10 International scholarships along with 01 academic scholarship from aviation industry leading manufacturers and operators which shows my perseverance and hard work.
My skill set combined with my educational background, and diverse aviation maintenance amp professional experience makes me a perfect fit for this wonderful opportunity. By different initiatives and projects I am supporting and encouraging youth towards aviation and careers in STEM. I have initiated Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance - Pakistan Chapter in 2018, organized very first forum in the history of Pakistan ldquoWomen in Aviation ndashin Pakistanrdquo on 02 May 2019, under the hood of AWAM and Royal Aeronautical Society Pakistan Division. I am first Pakistani to be awarded AMT Next Gen 2019 40 under 40 awards by USA. I have won Women in Unconventional Field Award 2021 - Women of Wonders ndashPakistan and Global Impact Maker 2021 Award ndashNations of Women ndash United Kingdom. I have initiated and led an exclusive online series focused on aviation amp women in aviation in Pakistan named ldquoKnow Your Heroes ndash A tell-tale of women in aviationrdquo.
