Assist the Office Administrator and Private Secretary in preparation for Monthly Project Invoice and Monthly Project Progress Report.
Maintains a variety of employment files and records, (e.g. applicants, test scores, highly qualified, job descriptions, etc.) for the purpose of compiling pertinent employee information, ensuring accuracy of employee's records, maintaining eligibility for position and complying with mandated requirements.
Receive applications for employment maintain candidates data in recruitment database and file the interview records and application forms of non-selected candidates for future reference.
Prepares a variety of reports and Project related documents (e.g. Tender Documents, Proposals, Expression of Interest (EOI), Feasibility Study Report, and Contractor Bid Evaluation Reports etc.) for the purpose of providing documentation and information.
Performs record keeping and clerical functions e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, filing, collating, data entry, calculating, verifying for the purpose of supporting department staff.
Receives items within the office e.g. mail, messages, application packets, packages, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring receipt and delivery to addressee.
