To coordinate with assigned Business Groups for various HR related matters;

- Partner with respective Group Heads on overall HR Planning and workforce management and determining hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with Recruitment Team to ensure timely hiring of right people for the right job. Designing of job advertisements, planning and organizing interviews, salary negotiation and onboarding.

- Assist Senior HR Business Partner in managing all HR related matters of employees including promotions, performance appraisal, job objectives, disciplinary cases, employee separations and all day-to-day HR operations such as transfers, postings, staff loans, leaves, job rotation, etc.
- Determine training needs of all employees in coordination with Learning and Management Development Division and utilize the training facilities available.

Organizational Development

- Execution of Performance Management Cycle which includes coordination with all departments in setting out performance goals for the year, compiling performance ratings, analyzing employee data on promotions and increments, handling of disagreement/underperforming cases which involves arranging meetings between employee, immediate supervisor, department manager and HR manager to resolve grievances and reach consensus.

- Employee Satisfaction Initiatives such as Focus Groups, Climate Surveys and Station Visits.
- Worked on the Company’s Corporate Branding campaign.
- Preparation of Monthly HR Report, Quarterly HR Business Objectives presentation and various other reports, presentations and data-charts for management review.
