Project Title: Green Skills Training Program for Non-Formal Education (NFE) Students (Girls) - Districts Khairpur & Ghotki.
Project Objective: Empowered marginalized adolescents with green skills and digital skills (digi-skills) to enhance their employability and contribute to a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:

Developed and implemented M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools to measure program impact.

 Responsibilities:

Assist the Response Manager/Response Coordinator and in managing multi sectoral emergency Project, ensuring that the project remains on track to achieve the intended outcomes, while also staying on budget and time.
Take corrective action wherever necessary to maintain this performance.
Assist in collecting, compiling, and organizing the flow of information from the IRC programs coming from the field.
Manage and supervise field staff according to standard IRC guidelines including performance management, job orientation, capacity building, support in recruitment process and grievance handling.
Enhance program efficiency and effectiveness through evidence base approach and implementation follow-on, including monitoring inputs, local conditions, and resources.
Attend external meetings on behalf of IRC and participate in internal meetings and ensure the flow of information, writing meeting minutes and share feedback with PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and updating of the country MEAL strategy, the consolidated MEAL work plan and MEAL frameworks for ECHO project;
Implement the MEAL policies and procedures as described in the ACTED MEAL standard guidelines and make sure that the tools are followed as applicable;
Contribute to an effective rollout of ECHO project’s M&E collection and reporting systems to all staff and partners through training, site visits, manuals, and other technical support as needed.
He/she will monitor the performance of in place protocols aimed at minimizing risk of harm to the children, adults and vulnerable population, or any adverse impact upon them.
The candidate shall ensure compliance with ACTED`s safeguarding policies and procedures. He/she is expected to attend all staff and volunteers training on child protection or working with adults at risk (SAFEGUARDING).
He/she shall ensure that ACTED`s strategic vision related to cross-functional work-streams of safeguarding, gender and inclusiveness are ensure at all levels.
Candidate will help reduce and manage risk for the children, adults and vulnerable population and for the organization.

 MEAL Implementation and Management

Carry out assessments, monitoring and evaluations (baselines, mid-terms, end lines) as reflected in the TORs and mission plan;
Oversee the implementation of appropriate data collection and analysis instruments, methodologies (e.g. survey questionnaires, focus group discussions, key-informant interviews) and data/information dissemination/utilization plans;
Closely supervise and support in data collection activities and ensure that data collection teams are organized and resourced as needed, and that they deliver as per field mission plans and according to data quality standards;
Maintain electronic and/or paper-based MIS systems for tracking and reporting all quantitative data and information including reporting on ECHO project’s log frame indicators;
Analyze MEAL data and produce reports, fact sheets with useful statistical analysis and presentation (charts, tables, histograms, box plots) as necessary in a timely manner;
Report on qualitative and quantitative input, process, output, outcome and impact, level indicators for ECHO project;
Provide data to the Project Development Team for use in preparation of reports to donors and other stakeholders, as required;
Provide MEAL related capacity building and awareness to implementing partners and other institutions supported by ACTED as appropriate;
Represent ACTED in different forums on MEAL related issues when required.

 Others

Forward all complaints and suggestions received while in the field to the appropriate accountability officer.
Provide regular and timely updates on progress and challenges to supervisors and other team members;
Participate in MEAL-related conferences and workshops when possible and stay up to date of best practices and new knowledge created in the field of MEAL;
Perform any other related activities as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Sindh Enhancing Response to Reduce Stunting Project. Funded By Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) Health Multi-Sectoral Approach
 Responsibilities:

Ensure quality of nutrition screening for children under-5 conducted by Community Nutrition Mobilizers in target Communities.
Provision of Outreach OTP Services in target communities together with the outreach team.
Ensure quality of IYCF counselling sessions provided individual level and group sessions.
Ensure that community nutrition interventions (MUAC screening and Referral, IYCF (MSGs, food demonstrations) and hygiene promotion are integrated.
Build capacity of CHWs/ field Assistants and Mother Leaders by providing on-the-job training on CMAM and IYCF.
Support quality data collection of activities conducted in the Communities.
Promote increasing awareness of appropriate nutrition behaviors in project communities by ensuring behavior change materials are visible in FFP supported communities and health facilities.
Ensure quality and timely reporting on all areas of implementation.
Liaise closely with the MEAL team so as to understand the project outcomes.
Support the development of case studies and success stories from programme implementation

Project: Post Campaign Monitoring (PCM) & Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) in Polio.
Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee Area Field Monitors (AFMs) conducting household surveys and data collection.
Ensure field teams adhere to WHO & UNICEF guidelines for PCM & LQAS methodologies.
Conduct random field visits, spot checks, and back-checks to validate data accuracy.
Ensure data collection is conducted ethically, accurately, and efficiently.
Monitor interview techniques to reduce errors and biases.
Verify and validate collected data before submission to Zonal Field Officer (ZFO).
Act as the focal point for Apex Consulting within the district.
Coordinate with District Health Officers (DHOs), EPI Coordinators, and local authorities.
Facilitate communication between field teams and senior management.
Participate in daily debriefing meetings and report field challenges.
Conduct pre-field briefings and training for Field Monitors on PCM & LQAS techniques.
Ensure field teams understand and follow standardized data collection procedures.
Provide on-the-spot coaching and resolve technical issues in the field.
Submit daily progress reports to the Zonal Field Officer (ZFO).
Document challenges, observations, and corrective actions taken in the field.
Ensure timely submission of completed data collection forms and surveys.

Pre Campaign Activities

Support to UC Staff for preparation of quality micro plan.
