2. Develop,prepare,implement,and review plans,programs,agreements.
3. Safety response plans prepared to effectively handle a wide range of
emergency situations.Record of First aid treatment,Near-miss,inspections
and TBT.
4. Daily TBT for workers & Daily behavior observation survey of workers
5. Conduct of Fire Safety Mock drills.
6. Establishment of JHA report by coordination with contractor.
7. Issue & Closing of PTW (Hot-work,Confined-space,work at height)
8. MSDS and Near-miss investigations.
9. Regular inspection of fire fighting equipment’s, machinery,power tools, Hand Tools & PPEs.
10. Meetings with Top Management and briefing the about HSE reports and
progress.
11. Experience in Electrical safety & installation process (Fabrication,Welding, Grinding, Hydro testing etc)
12. Preparation of method statement for various works & preparation of monthly
report,as well as log sheet.
13. Preparation of incident & Near-miss report & incident investigation.
14. Attending Client meetings.
15. To prepare Risk assessment for task.
16. Site inspections and monitoring all activities to comply
with HSE requirements in all Civil and Mechanical projects.
