• Supervision of site work according to approved drawings and design.• Surveying and Layout of foundation and building structure.• Prepare Bar banding schedule for columns beams and slab.• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.• Interact with consultant on a daily basis.• Ensure quality and quantity of materials on site.• Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required.• Preparing bill of work done on site.• Ensure timely completion of work as per standards & specifications given by consultant. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.Preparation of Project Schedules, Bar Bending Schedule, Rate Analysis, IPCs, etc.Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

• To ensure the quality of implementation by implementing scheme according to approved drawing, Design, BOQ and estimates and guide the construction committee, mason and Technical Supervisor accordingly.• Ensure the quality of materials used in MHP construction at site.• Assist in handing over of the materials to communities from warehouse and ensure its proper utilization on site.• Verify the material record at site and update it accordingly.• Update Construction, Material and all other tracking sheets on regular basis.• Participate in Weekly Planning to ensure effective utilization of resources and timely completion of schemes.• Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of progress against performance indicators and ensure timely submission of field visit reports.• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances.• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.• Dealing with suppliers and Contractors regarding the process, progress and quality of projects.• Maintaining material & equipment’s supplies record on site.• Provide regular written and oral reports regarding the status of ongoing projects to designated Regional Engineer/scheme in charge.• Ensure timely completion of scheme as per standards & specifications.• Conduct survey and prepare estimates for the transmission line requirement.• Ensure proper installation of transmission lines in the communities.• Assist in Commissioning of MHP schemes.• Prepare the actual cost summary at the completion of scheme.• Contribute to the development of MHP Operation and Maintenance plan for the MHP committee.• Capacity building of technical supervisor on technical issues so that they may continue the construction supervision without frequent coaching.• Conduct any other programming responsibility delegated by the supervisor
