Responsibilities
To supervise the whole production standards according to the requirement of the customer and manage the production resources according to the time line working in a shift.

Accomplishments
I have worked on the Lycra development and Cotton development, planning out their feasible process routes, testing them at different stages during their processing stages which include pretreatment, dyeing and finishing stages, and analyzing their testing results and setting parameters accordingly. And in these departments I have got experience of working with seasoned professionals and engineers, and latest machinery, which includes Japanese Perble Range (pretreatment), Monforts Pad Thermosols with Kusters Padders (dyeing) and Monforts Stenters having clip and pin systems, lafer sueding machines and Monforts Sanforizing Machine.
Then worked in Fabric Finishing Department, for the development of process of application of more than one Special Finish on the same fabric (Fire Retardant and Water Repellent Finish). Secondly, worked for the development of Levis post Cure Resin treated fabric and developed its process of application. Worked with finishing department for the development of dual nature special finishes like fire retardant and water repellent, resin and softeners, soil release and water repellent etc.
Till 2011 I had worked as “SUPERVISOR” in Pretreatment Department. Where I have Optimized the conditions of Fabric Singeing(Flame positions, Flame distance, Flame height and Flame appearance), Desizing(Enzyme and Oxidative ), Scouring, Bleaching (Peroxide, Chlorite and Cold Bleach) and Mercerization(Caustic Be0, Fabric Width, Skew adjustment, Greige Mercerization and Timing zone).
