- Conceptualize, design and produce quarterly magazines, with marketing and sales input, that reflect the inherent principles and style of each Ni2 Logic brand.
- Work with Editorial Director, Director and Senior Editors to generate compelling ideas for all brands and to contribute to regular brainstorming sessions.

Translate winning copy into visuals that drive response:
- Planning, interpreting and developing the concept, visual style and overall layout of print marketing and sales collateral, including: presentations, corporate magazine/newsletter, company annual reports, whitepapers, case studies, internal & external communications.
- Responsible for maintaining graphic standard and brand management including the consistency and integrity of the brand and how it is translated to print material.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to facilitate and improve the design schedule, timelines and number of drafts. Edit existing document as requested by client and review proof of the final design and check for errors in the mock-up design before file sent to the project manager for production purpose.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to formulate concepts, tactics and designs for marketing, communications and advertising strategies. Presents design concepts to stakeholders and implement feedback, changes into final design product.
- Assist creative teams in creating elements for design layout’s and apply design principles. - Conceptualize, visualize ideas and execute fresh, original strategy design with close supervision. - Build and maintain good relationship with account planning teams; involve teams to discuss client requirements and product background. - Sell ideas, ensure the design meets business objectives as stated in the creative brief. - Evaluate a brand’s visual language across print media with guidance and oversight and present rationale design choices.
