State your major duties & responsibilities during the period under review.

1. Ensure agreed numbers of borrowers verification as per applicable protocols. Verify credit worthiness, reputation and repayment capacity of the applicant and guarantor. It includes verifying genuineness & reliability of information on ILA & group formation and cash flow forms.

2. To assess whether borrowers and guarantors know & understand important loan terms, repayment amounts, due date of repayments and guarantee concept and their obligations in case of non-payment.

3. Ensure to conduct post disbursement verifications as assigned by the Line Manager.

4. Ascertain borrower s existence & actual loan utilization in compliance with the credit purpose mentioned in the loan documents.

5. Responsible to ensure completeness of loan documents and assessing that each loan application is in compliance with Credit Policy & Procedures and other guidelines circulated from time to time.

6. To identify any severe nature of non-compliance as per Bank s regulations during verifications.

7. Ensure adequacy and timeliness of reports as per schedule & guidelines.

8. Maintain related records /data/information, etc as per defined procedures.

9. Any other job as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.
