I have 28 years extensive experience in the management of large humanitarian, human rights, women rights, child rights and capacity building operational programs within a complex and challenging work environment started from middle management and worked through top-level management.
My specialities are in Gender, Non-Profits and Project Management, Research, Training and Capacity Building, extensive experience in policy analysis using quantitative/qualitative data collection methods. Applied experience in planning, managing, designing and appraising social development, gender mainstreaming, Child protection, Safeguarding and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) via gender analysis of projects/Programs for the Pakistan Government, national and international NGOs (OXFAM, CIDA, TVO, Norwegian Human rights, HBO, UNESCO, CARE, IRC, UN Women and Plan International) as well as academic/research institutions.
