Over a decade long experience in field operations management, administration, supply chain, team & capacity building, strategic planning, KPIs setting and tracking and business development in the areas of public health, girls’ education, access to justice, community development, research and poverty alleviation.
• Successfully developed and submitted high-impact proposals, securing funding for projects focused on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Sexual and Reproductive Health, and parcel mapping.

Managed the process of vaccination of children aged 0-23 months in 7 high risk districts of urban and interior Sindh with the help of a completely digitized AI based Zindagi Mehfooz – Electronic Immunization Registry (ZM-EIR) system.
• Supervised the process of mobile phone based conditional cash transfer (mCCT) to the caregivers of vaccinated children in all seven districts.
• Built synergies and linkages with Department of Health, Director-General Health, Provincial EPI Program, Provincial MNCH Program & District Health Offices.
Collaborated with private schools like Beaconhouse, City School, Pak-Turk Maarif for execution of ECP activities at district level funded by Prince’s Trust International.

Established state of the art liaison with political leadership and district government of Multan and ensured maximum participation of all stakeholders in survey process.
Coordinated with a broader network of multilateral stakeholders which includes districts and divisional level government’s authorities & institutions, elected representatives and community organization.
Hired a team of 4 area coordinator, 23 supervisors and 250 data collectors after proper identification and scrutiny in order to conduct country’s largest CAPI bases data collection exercise at district level.
Conducted training of all hired professionals, planned and managed field activities for all four tehsils of district and conducted interviews of 196700 households so far.

Established health centers on self-sustainable model in three districts including Sahiwal, Okara and Pakpattan for diagnostics and treatment of tuberculosis patients.

Provided free legal aid services to 54 vulnerable and extremely poor clients with majority of women under “Access to Justice for Vulnerable Populations in Pakistan Project” funded by The Asia Foundation.
Provided psychosocial counselling to 429 walk-in clients as well as to 1036 helpline clients with majority of Gender Based Violence (GBV) survivors.
Led the process of rehabilitation including new construction of 126 flood effected governmental schools in districts of Multan and Muzaffargarh.
Established 7 Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers in Kot Addu Tehsil of District Muzaffargarh.
Conducted subject based trainings, training on annual school planning and training on class room management of 252 teachers, 126 SMC members and 126 student leaders at primary school level.
Formed girls’ clubs and student clubs in 126 primary schools.
Led Pakistan’s largest citizen led educational research campaign ASER at regional level in southern part of Punjab province.
Maintained all sort of IT equipment including Computers, Fax Machine, Networking Hub, Telephone Exchange, Photo Copier, Scanners and Printers.
