Job Description:
Production Planning under super vision of GM and COO ,To monitor the processing from greige to finished fabric then apparel manufacturing, to resolve the technical issues of fabric during production process and to control the production according to T&A (Time and Action Plan),to plan the printing ,Dyeing and Embroidery of orders outsource according to the vendors capacity and space to meet our deadlines. To conduct the DPI (During production Inspection) and Final Inspections (in-house & outsource both).
Mostly working in digital printing technology (Paper Transfer CMYK, DTF-8 IP Colors, and Disperse Sublimation so and so.
Also monitoring the ROTARY AND FLAT BED printing for LAWN, CAMBRIC, KHADDAR,PV AND LINEN FABRICS.

Job Description:
Following are some basic tasks:
Communication with buyer in order to provide them complete and proper status of their running orders at owns premises.
To resolve all the marketing issues of fabric and trims order confirmation according to the cost prices and standards.
In additional i was representative of company for fabric/garments testing and was responsible to resolve the chemical/physical testing issues with my expertise and techniques.
Strong follows up with vendors to get in-house all fabric and other material best vendor selection by keeping their performance and capacity.
For own orders, I do the complete planning from fabrication to material procurement and getting all approvals from buyer as early as possible.
New development and costing to keep in touch with international trend and market.
To conduct the final inspections and to get the CARGO RELEASE ORDER from Client.
Decision making by positive thinking.
