Olympia Chemicals Unit II is new project started by the Parent Company Olympia Chemicals for the production of Detergent in order to target the FMCG Sector with the brands of “Breeo” and “Number 1” detergent. The management of the company gave me the responsibility of Strategic Planning and Development of the company. My role in Olympia Chemicals Unit II involves:
Worked closely with the CEO and reengineered the whole business process of the company.
Assisted the CEO of the company in restructuring by renegotiating agreements with the distributors and changing the whole sales team in order achieve sales objectives of company.
Looked after the Marketing Communication and Brand Management. Built and managed a new marketing team of designers, creative and digital.
Redesigned a new marketing strategy and product positioning. Designed a marketing calendar for Olympia detergent.
Planned, developed and strategically executed various marketing campaigns, POS & Trade promotions development. Worked closely with the new sales team to achieve sales and promotional goals. Made a new website for the company.
