Managing whole network infrastructure of Sybrid Pvt. Ltd – A Lakson Group Company
• Perform a wide range of network administration duties including installations, debugging, maintenance,
upgrades, and general support.
• Managing IP Core Appliances from 4 Physical Data Center
• Administrating CISCO & Unifi WLC and APs (ACLR, APLR and Cisco CAP2702i)
• Deployed Opensource Firewall (Pfsense) as Proxy Server
• Data center supervision (Access control, fire alarm, water leakage sensors, Cooling system)
• Vendor Coordination.
• Responsible for the implementation, troubleshooting & verification of devices configurations and their
uniformity across sites nationwide.
• Responsible to perform network maintenance and system/devices upgrades including IOS/Firmware
upgrades, patches, hot-fixes and hardening.
• Responsible to make active equipment & passive work BoQ to roll out new site network infrastructure.
• Working with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Responsible for the implementation, troubleshooting & verification of devices configurations and their
uniformity across sites nationwide.
• Responsible to perform network maintenance and system/devices upgrades including IOS/Firmware
upgrades, patches, hot-fixes and hardening.
• Responsible to make active equipment & passive work BoQ to roll out new site network infrastructure.
• Provide level 2 support to our international clients and internal clients.
• Manage user accounts on local Active directory and GSuite.

Support system issues for major call center operations. Check all hardware and software issues and resolve them. AssessIP tables and assign addresses to new and old systems. Monitor network resources and maintain daily weekly and monthlyreports for servers network and VoIP.  Check network outage issues and coordinate with operations to escalate issue.  Responsible for complex provisioning, advanced maintenance, data replication, disaster recovery, data migration anddocumentation for our Open Systems Storage and Backup environments.  Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complexequipment and systems.  Work with other Engineering disciplines to develop Reference Architectures and technology standards based onInfrastructure Building Blocks that can be offered as services to our Internal customers.  Participate in “On-call” support rotation. Monitor network performance and infrastructure via various NMS (Nagios,PFsense, Unifi, STG and Ntop).  Strong, hands-on technical and engineering expertise allied with business acumen.
