I m Montessori trained and certified teacher with more then 6 years of experience in the same field. I mwas working in well known institution the smart school as a Montessori teacher for 5years. After that I joined the Educators nishter campus as preschool section head. I always work on the development of kids  grooss motor and fine motor skills that help them out of their daily routine. I try to make them independent. I believe in treat all studendents unconditionally and with the same importance of  level. I cordinate regular communication with parents regarding their kids progress. Supervision and manage children both inside or outside the classroo.. Monitor and track children progress on regular basis.. I creat lesson plans and teach those plans to entire class,individually to students or in small groups. Track student's progress and present to parents. Creat different strategies to clear their concepts. Creat different games and activities to improve kids learning. Provide nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate children's growth,explorationand participation. Focuss on kids holistic development.
