Job Responsibilities:

 Installation, calibration, repair and configuration with Yokogawa DCS all type of field instruments i-e , Pressure/DP transmitter(Rosemount3051S/T/C,2051 series ,Yokogawa ,Honeywell ), Siemens level transmitter (sitrans LU02 ultrasonic) & sensor (Echomax XPS10,XPS30) , Pressure switches(ASHCROFT) ,temperature transmitter(Siemens TH300,WIKA T32, Foxboro RTT20).
 Installation, calibration of control valve and configuration of parameters in positioner (fisher: DVC6030, DVC6010, Azbil positioner (AVP702/701), Metso positioner: C0019113) as per control valve details.
 Installation of field mounted Co /LEL monitor (ITRANS) and portable Co monitor (industrial scientific ITX, IBIRD-MX6, and VENTIS PRO 4) configuration, calibration and repair.
 Installation, calibration and maintenance of weigh scales system configuration of parameters in Siemens Miltonic’s BW500 integrator, Schenck intecont plus as per weigh scale.
 Carry out maintenance, configuration of parameters in YOKOGAWA DCS System Centum CS3000 (FCS-AFS10D, AFV10D) such as communications, network cards, wiring, software and hardware system of DCS and made changes in the programming when required.
 Ensures maintenance tasks are completed by instrument team as per Work Orders generated in SAP and document the reports on maintenance in SAP.
SPARES, CONSUMABLES AND TOOLS:
 Ensures adequate inventories of spares and consumables are maintained.
 Places requisitions for purchase of required spares and consumables through SAP.
 Ensures Third Party Certification of all calibration tools is done on an annual basis or as required,Ensures all tools are maintained and are in good working
