 Provide technical support in program planning, implementation, quality assurance, budgeting, partners management, and evaluation in line with organization country and global policies and strategic plans.
 Participate in strategic Climate Resilience WASH programme planning and preparation of WASH donor proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic Planning, global WASH strategy and the Country Programme, as well as government plans.
 In order to accomplish the WASH output results, provide technical and operational support at every level of the programming process, and make sure that WASH is integrated, coherent, and harmonized with other organization sectors.
 Conceptualize, design, and write projects, concept notes and proposals for fundraising to international funding partners along with reviewing the proposal and agreements of implementing partners.
 Ensure to provide safe, accessible, sustainable, inclusive, and climate-friendly water and sanitation facilities /infrastructure at community and institution level keeping in view the gender aspects and hygiene approaches.
 Participation in advocacy activities designed to influence line departments and other stakeholders to prioritize CRWASH, at all levels.
 Initiate, monitor, examine areas of linkages across programs, promoting WASH practices and IPC and provide ideas and recommendations.
 Identify needs of capacity building training for the partners’ staff on thematic and operational areas for effective and efficient project management and design.
 Capacity building of Partners staff in terms of Climate resilience WASH and Infrastructures program and implement the same in the field.
 Provide technical feedback to the partners on reducing the health risks associated with WASH through hygiene practices/approaches i.e., hygiene sessions, CLTS/SLTS, PATS , PHAST etc.
 Develop new concepts and design new projects with support of technical staff at country office, Head office and partners.
 Strengthening networking and coordination with relevant partners ,local structures, CSOs, INGOs and Government departments, including with religious leaders of diverse faith.
 Conduct close monitoring through frequent visits to assess the progress of partners’ projects and provide technical support in the execution of engineering activities as per approved design and standards:
 In close cooperation with the program coordinator and finance manager, prepare and submit financial reports according to deadlines.
 Participate in technical working groups, meetings and provide feedback to the country management.

• Introduce cost-effective, sustainable solutions and highlight it to the government and other stakeholders.

  To assist in designing, manage and implementation of WASH, Livelihood  programs.  To represent organization at field-based coordination and cluster meetings.  To take part in needs assessments as needed for development of the program  To supervise and conduct structured Baseline, Pre-Post KAP surveys and MIRA assessments (in emergency).  Development and monitoring of WASH operational plans ensure completion of a detailed WASH MEAL system/Framework.  To support the Team in developing and/or updating of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for all WASH infrastructure.  To promote community participation and ownership through liaising with beneficiary communities, establishing, training, supporting community engagement and ensuring activities are implemented to cover prioritized needs.  To ensure hygiene promotion, is suitably designed and effectively implemented, in coordination with the Community.  Ensure adequate consultation and participation at all project stages while creating and coordinating community partnerships with other possible stakeholders (government, private sector, NGOs).  Train Engineering staff and skilled labors as per design of WASH activities.  Support field Team in developing and implementing acceptable WASH Infrastructure designs, using appropriate technology.  To support planning, program development and application of management tools including Budget Monitoring Tool.  Conduct CBDRM and BBCM with community for construction of Shelter and irrigation channels and wash activities.  To develop procurement plans, review WASH related procurement requests for Field.  To follow up timely completion of RQFs based on procurement plans and distribution of supplies to the field.  To support the logistic team in ensuring quality of materials received from suppliers.  To provide budget forecast on biweekly bases to Finance department.  Submit weekly/Bi weekly/monthly report
