arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
To attend and service staff meetings and take minutes and distribute after meetings along with any other relevant materials and to attend other meetings/events in a secretariat capacity as and when required.
Establishing and maintaining computerized databases of the organisation’s contacts, service providers and other relevant information as required.
