Determine the type and status of the required activity, create, prioritise and maintain a schedule of work to manage TMP development/ modification within the agreed timeframe. Formally report progress on a weekly basis, organise and facilitate technical workshops with stakeholders, manage outcomes by following the Sydney Trains Maintenance Requirements Analysis methodology, draft proposed changes and supporting documents to Sydney Trains standards and review with Stakeholders, obtain approval for release, and manage the publication and distribution process.

As a Junior Project Engineer, take part in design/ progress review meetings with experts, assist Chief Engineer (Structures) in preparation of technical specifications for Concrete and preparation of tender drawings, Contract Specialist in updating of Employer’s Requirement, Project Engineer in updating and submission of Bidding Documents, BOQ and Cost Estimates to Client, supervise and guide draftees including digitization of FS Drawings.
As Junior Engineer (Office), assist CE (Structures) in Design Review of Contractors’ submittals, review of design calculations and drawings submitted by EPC Contractor, correspond with experts and Site Staff in preparation of responses’ to queries, participated in the inspection visit/ meetings with Client/ expert’s, preparation of comments, design sheets, supervise and guiding draftees, reports, monthly invoices together with determining distribution of JV partner’s share, checking of Contractors’ work done quantities, variation orders’, IPC’s, correspondence and coordination with Client/ Contractor.
As an Assistant Design Engineer, involved in review of codes and specifications for selection of design parameters, responsible for structural designing of schools (Single and Double Storey) using SAP2000 & other computer aided tools along with drafting of drawings, compilation and printing of structural drawing’s for onward submission to the Client, supervise and guide draftees, assist Director (Technical) in proof reading of the drawings and Senior Design Engineer (SDE) for mentoring of new comers/ juniors.
As an Assistant Design Engineer, involved in Review of codes and specifications for selection of design parameters, responsible for Structural Designing of apartments (10 Storey) using ETABS 9.5 & other computer aided tools along with drafting of drawings, compilation and final printing of structural drawing’s for onward submission to the Client, supervise and guide draftees, assist Director (Technical) in foundation design using SAFE and in proof reading of the drawings.
As Cost/ Office Engineer, act as Team Leader of 6 group members for finalizing CSR in the light of Client comments and final printing of CSR-2011, participated in the meeting held at Office with Deputy Director (NHA) for finalizing CSR, responsible for processing of all data collected from all Pakistan into their respective, assist Director (Technical) in preparation of comparison graphs and presentations to show their effects with 3M’s (Material, Manpower and Machinery) and Managing Director (MD) in finalizing favourable routes to each quarry and materials classification.

Responsible for supervising all site activities with optimum utilisation of the team keep ensuring quality checks on Contractor’s work, preparation of linear plans, cross-sections, arrangement plan for future activities and including cost estimation, assist Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verification of Contractor IPC’s, groundwork for comparison reports and replies to Contractor letters, Material Engineer (ME) in verification of quality test results and preparation of reports.
