Job Responsibilities:
Managing gamut of activities including supervising staff, meeting customer needs, planning and coordinating sales, merchandising, budgeting, product inventory, purchasing and sales
Working in office environments while performing administrative duties as well as addressing staffing, consumer, and merchandising needs
Working closely with regional managers and store owners in order to coordinate and determine the most cost-effective marketing and hiring strategies
Recording sales figures, analyzing data, drafting proposals, researching and tracking products by using information technology
Assembling the best possible sales team by interviewing and selectively hiring the most qualified candidates, providing time-efficient and thorough training, and maintaining the skills and well-being of current staff with motivational incentives and evaluations to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Addressing customer needs by immediately resolving conflict, inspiring long-term customer relationships, and creatively placing and rotating merchandise in a way that best catches customers\' attention
Ensuring the store is stocked, clean and in proper working order, to confirm that the set standards for quality, customer service, and health & safety are met, resolving health and safety, legal and security issues
Creating schedules, ordering supplies and writing reports, managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
Conducting price and product code integrity checks, involved in all aspects of the daily operation of the Store

 Managed incoming and outgoing shipping logistics
 Engaged in booking goods/documents for providing courier services; received messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, two-way radio, or in person
 Acted as a logistics specialist and found the most efficient shipping route
 Determined shipping costs and tracked the location of the shipment
 Entered data about goods and carriers into computer databases for future use

- Answering to customer queries online and over the phone

- Updating customer about their inquiries and complaints

- Follow up on customers and coordinating with the internal departments related to customer issues

- Managing high profile customer accounts

 Involved in supervision of construction site
 Tracked on-site activities in terms of cost, resource deployment, time over runs and quality compliance and proactively identified and rectified problems to ensure adherence to delivery time-lines
