Phone Banking OfficerI am currently working as a certified Customer Services Officer (Grade-3) with almost 3 year experience.I have seeking to leverage my expertise and experience as a Team leader and managerial role as a corporate banker.Take ownership and responsibility to resolved customer problems and complaints with passionate and energetic attitude to provide outstanding services to honorable customers.Responsibilities included-To ensure customer questions about bank products and try to solve any problem they might have following bank,s procedures. To ensure that all customer's queries and complaitns are addressed within the minimum possible time(First Call Resolution) to customer's issues. To ensure phone calls and listen to customer's questions and concerns meet all services standards and quality parameters on all calls. To service and maintain customer relation through Phone Banking channels to ensure that he/she is updated on all latest products, policy and procedure.Take responisibilities to Stop cheque Payments,block debit/Credit Cards urgently on cm consent.To initiate credit card customers SBS,BTF and COP request.To generate Sales leads All types of loans and Credit Cards by giving complete product knowledge to customersTo Resolved customers disputes,claims and complaints.To processed customers Credit /Debit cards cancellation requestsIn Atempted or commited Frauds case to secure customers by blocking all channels and reporting to SBP and  FRMU.Ensure to meet daily/weekly/monthly key performance indicators and adherence as per defined processes.
