Training Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth assessments to identify training needs related to disaster risk reduction, climate change resilience, and emergency preparedness within communities and key stakeholder groups.
Development of Training Materials: Design and develop specialized training materials, including manuals, presentations, and session plans, tailored to address the specific needs identified through training assessments.

 Capacity Building and Training Delivery: Lead and conduct comprehensive training sessions on topics such as Community-Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM), school safety, winter preparedness, and work safety. Emphasize both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to enhance resilience in vulnerable communities.
 
Stakeholder Mobilization and Coordination: Engage and mobilize communities, emergency response teams, and other relevant stakeholders for training programs, coordinating efforts with local councils and organizations to ensure wide participation and impact.
 
Logistics Management: Oversee and coordinate logistics for training sessions, including the arrangement of venues, financial management, and the provision of necessary resources, ensuring the smooth execution of all training activities.
 
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on training activities, including post-training evaluations and periodic updates. Ensure all documentation supports program objectives and contributes to the overall strategy for disaster risk reduction and climate resilience.
 
Community and Institutional Engagement: Conduct meetings with school officials, safety committees, and other institutional stakeholders to align disaster preparedness strategies and integrate best practices into local planning.
 
Disaster Response and Technical Support: Actively support disaster response initiatives, including the establishment of Emergency Operation Centers and the development of Village Disaster Risk Management Plans (VDRMP). Provide technical assistance to enhance preparedness and response capabilities at the community level.
 
Volunteer and Resource Management: Maintain and regularly update profiles of local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteers. Facilitate the monitoring and management of local stockpiles to ensure readiness for disaster response.

·         Worked as a Young Professional Officer in a tax survey conducted for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) Peshawar. The survey was conducted by the Department of Economics, University of Peshawar.
·         Responsibilities included Planning, Questionnaire Design, Data Collection, Data Analysis and Report Writing etc.
