I am currently working in PSL to give technical support for their customers to run PET resin smoothly, fulfill customer requirements and visit their place on PSL behalf. Prepare visit reports and conclude results. Also supervise the civil and construction work of new PET preform project.

Alucan pvt ltd manufactures of plastic caps, tubes and aluminium collapsible tubes for different pharmaceutical items, also in-house printing facility on plastic and aluminium tubes. Now introduce new product eye dropper. In future start manufacturing of 5-ml, 10-ml, and 20-ml eye dropper bottles for pharmaceutical companies.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage daily production and plant activities.
• Planning for monthly forecast of production.
• Manage daily raw material receiving and consumption of raw material.
• Process control and effectively run the machines in order to increase the production.

·Proficiently able to tackle and solve all issues including processing and
troubleshooting.
·Able to resolve all related problems which produced time to time manner.
·Manage Production activities and raw material requisitions, according to the
Planning & Scheduling of mould changes.
·Hands on experience with High performance injection mounding machines,
multi-cavity moulds and hot runner up to 72 and sophisticated robotic product
handling equipment\'s, all provided by HUSKY injection moulding system.
·Make Check list during start up the machine and maintain records.
·Worker handling.
·Depute and engage worker\'s and utilized them effectively.

Electro-polymers (Pvt) Ltd. is a sister concern of Bridgestone Pakistan. They are
involved in manufacturing of Head lights cover, back lights cover, indicators
cover for automotive sector completely assembled these covers and dispatch to
the OEM\'S.
Like Pak Suzuki (PSMCL), Honda cars (HACPL), Dewan Motors (DFML), Atlas
Honda (AHL) etc.by using injection moulding machines like JSW, Dr-boy,
Battenfeld, up to200 tons.
